(40.M.P.H SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 乱伦大神 County Borough Council in exercise of their powers propose that in accordance with the Local Authorities
Traffic Order (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as 鈥渢he Act鈥�), as amended, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, and be:
- To introduce a 40mph speed limit on the length of road specified in schedule1 to this notice.
- Roads either side of that length of road specified in schedule 1, will retain the existing speed limits.
Documents giving more details of the proposals are available on the 乱伦大神 County Borough website and will be so until the expiration of a period
of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. They will include copies the proposed Schedules and Maps indicating the lengths of road to which the proposed Orders relates, together with the Council鈥檚 Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the amendments to the Orders.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing with any comments on the engagement of the proposals to

The County Borough Council will consider representations received in response

A467 Aberbeeg Road
From a point 83 metres from its junction with A4046/A467 roundabout for a distance of 584 metres in a north easterly direction.
